Q:  Who can purchase from our site? 

A: Anyone the age 19 or older, with a Canadian address may purchase products from our site. No medical recommendation required.

 

Q: How will my order be packaged? 

A: All orders are packaged discreetly with no indication of the contents and no reference to our website on the shipping label. We also use vacuum sealed, odor proof packaging.

 

Q:  How long will it take to receive my order? 

A: Once payment is received please allow us up to 24 hours to ship your order. Once shipped, it will take approximately 1-3 business days to arrive.

 

Q: Shipping Fees

A: All orders over $150 after any discounts ship for free via Canada Post Xpresspost, otherwise a $20 flat rate fee will apply.

 

Q: Shipping Regions

A: We only ship to Canadian addresses.

 

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept? 

A: At this time we are only accepting payment via e-transfer.

 

Q: How do I pay for my order?

Q: I paid for my order but have not received an email confirmation 

A: After making the payment, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order. Once your order is packaged and ready to be shipped, then you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email from us after 24 hours, it is likely there was a payment error. Please contact us so we can look into what went wrong.

 

Q:  How long do I have to make the payment? 

A: Once your order is placed we give you 48 hours to complete the payment. If the order is not paid within this time frame, it will be canceled and you will need to place a new order. Need more time? Don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can put your order on hold.
