Payment Instructions
Please follow these instructions precisely and do not include any reference to cannabis, or your payment will not be accepted.
1. Login to your financial institutions online banking.
2. Go to Interact E-Transfer and add New Contact and fill in the fields as following:

- Email: (provided in order confirmation email)
- Mobile: Leave blank
3. Set up the payment with the following Question and Answer:
- Security Question: Your order number
- Answer: Enter the generated code included with your order confirmation
- Mobile: Leave blank
Please note it may take up to 24 hours for us to receive the e-transfer. Once we accept the payment, we will start processing the order and you will receive an email with the tracking number.
